Why We Exist
Every era of television has been defined by the same thing: someone builds the brand promise. CBS, NBC, and ABC didn't just aggregate shows — they told advertisers “you're buying the network.” Cable repeated it. ESPN became the promise for sports. MTV became the promise for youth culture. Streaming did it again — Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ moved premium content and advertising dollars onto a new platform. Each time, the economics followed the promise.
YouTube is becoming the dominant way people watch television. But it has channels — not networks. Rights-owners and talent are building massive audiences without the trusted intermediary that organizes supply, unlocks national brand demand, and justifies premium economics.
Source is building the network layer for this era.
How We Do It
We start with three audiences whose needs aren't being met at the same time: brands that want to buy YouTube like television but can't, rights-holders and talent building massive audiences without premium economics, and fans consuming more content on YouTube than any platform in history without a curated brand experience.
Source builds the economic and brand structures that connect all three — unlocking television dollars against the next generation of television IP for the first time. We manage rights, produce premium content, build brand identity, and scale monetization — not as services, but as the operating system of a network.
What We Build
Media brands with the best rights in the world on the biggest screen in the house. Networks that carry a brand promise to advertisers, a growth path for talent, and a destination for audiences — the same structure that has defined every era of premium television, built for the platform where television is going next.
